The process for Community session – Option 1

1)     Book the workshop at a location to hold the workshop.

2)    Publicise the event externally using my leaflet to help.

3)    Speak with contact to gain confirmed bookings.

4)   Make everyone a cup of tea/coffee and settle down, ready to engage.

5)    Let the Rhymeologist lead the workshop session around the worksheet.

6)   Watch as all collaborators male & female engage with the workshop & theme.

7)    We take regular short breaks for the Rhymeologist to share other poems.

8)    Complete the session by collecting the forms and feedback.

9)   The Rhymeologist with take these away a write the memory capture poem.

10)  Finally, there is always the option to film the poem with the residents.
