A Marvelous Marketing Masterpiece
My Experience Capture Project originated by working with a community interest company (CIC) in Nantwich Cheshire who run a lovely 'Thursday Club’ for local residents with dementia. I facilitated a workshop with residents to capture their memories on a range of different themes that I created and gave the residents, families & care staff the gift of a ‘legacy poem’ for all engaged to keep. This was then filmed with the residents taking the part of actors in a video version to further create a memorable experience.
Following on from this led to my ‘Event Summary Marketing’ which can take two forms. The first is as follows:
This celebrates the success of an event from the attendees’ point of view but for the organisers benefit! It usually involves access over the course of the event to speak with key personnel, such as sponsors, suppliers and crucially the attendees of the event and acts very much as a ‘soft’ customer experience chat.
I simply explain to the person or family that I am a ‘Rhymeologist’ who has the exciting and engaging task to gain event feedback in a beautifully creative way. Once captured, these memories and experiences are placed in a melting pot with all the other feedback which I then muse over to create a promotional poem for the organisers to use for future events.
My second option is where you may have a crate box of customer case studies, a truckload of tantalising testimonials or fabulous fleeting feedback, from reevoo ratings & review sites.
Let me turn these in to a Marvelous Marketing Masterpiece and something that you will REALLY want to share on your website, socials and business/client meetings.. My Experience Capture Project doesn’t JUST give you a return of investment (ROI) it gives you multiple returns of Investment!

So, my Experience Capture Project, allows businesses, network groups, organisations and charities to create a more engaging process which has a much more creative conclusion with a purposeful poem being written that can be used in many different ways to promote the business and their customer feedback….
Therefore, my Experience Capture Project is the workshop style and process that I have created for businesses to create a more engaging way to gain customer feedback, which, as we know has so many valuable benefits. These can range from people having the chance to share their comments through to the business being able to use them in a proactive, creative way.
